My name is Rikki and I am the maker behind all things wild and refined, but my most treasured role in life is being a wife and the motivation behind this all, a mommy to a beautiful boy. I believe that God has given each & every one of us a unique gift & it’s to our best ability how we choose to thrive in that. God sees us not full of impurity, but full of potential. He, in the refining imagery, is the refiner and we are the lump of unrefined gold, full of impurity & full of potential beauty. That is why I chose refined in wild & refined.
You see, my shop is a mirror of all the things I adore. I said in the beginning that this brand would embody faith, encouragement, kindness, parenthood, zest for life and of course (a little pixie dust) a magic side. A bit of a smorgasbord right? But that is where wild in wild & refined came from. We all have a wild sense of the things that make us who we are.
As you will see from the things we create here at wild & refined there will always be a touch of magic somewhere. We adore spending our fun filled days in the parks and it has quickly become a staple in our lives. Here’s to creating and sharing this love of mine with you.
